Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn clothing and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
